Normal distribution test, sampling adequacy test, difference test, correlation and regression analyses were performed to analyze the data set.
Results – As a result of the regression analysis, it was determined that the entrepreneurial behaviors of the employees have an effect on the export performance of the enterprises (F=7,790; p<0,05; β=0,110) and the innovative behaviors have an effect on the export performance of the enterprises (F=22,483; p<0,05; β=0,188). It can be evaluated that revealing the entrepreneurial and innovative behaviors of exporting business employees is one of the important factors in export performance.
