Abstract

This study aims to reveal the relationship between employee's participative decision making and perception of organizational politics. In a total of 11 municipalities all located in Tokat province and districts, 178 staff working in the permanent civil servants participated to research. A result of research it was found a negative weak correlation among the perception of organizational politics and participative decision making variables. Findings were obtained that the level of participative decision making did not differ in terms of age and marital status, there are differences between groups of gender, education level, tenure of office and titles.
