This is also important for the success of educational organizations. The purpose of this research is to analyze the causal relationship between the transformational leadership styles of school managers and organizational citizenship behaviors of teachers. Design/methodology/approach – The study adopts quantitative research design. The data of this research have been gathered through surveys conducted on 159 teachers working in primary and secondary state schools in Gazipaşa district of Antalya in the second term of 2018-2019 of school year. Transformational leadership’s inspirational motivation and individualized consideration dimensions have a positive impact on teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior while charisma and intellectual stimulation dimensions have no significant impact.
